What espresso blends do you offer?

Our House Espresso is a medium-dark blend built for commercial bars — balanced sweetness, caramelized finish, pulls clean under varied technique. We also rotate single-origin espresso for specialty programs and blend Vietnamese-style espresso for Vietnamese-American cafes.

Can you dial in a custom espresso blend for my cafe?

Yes. Dial-in is part of onboarding. We taste on your machine, adjust roast and blend, and lock a recipe that pours best with your baristas and equipment. Most of our long-running accounts run a blend Van tuned specifically for them.

Do you sell and install espresso machines?

Through our trusted Bay Area equipment partner. They source, install, and service commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewers. You make one call to Van; we loop them in. Beans from us, machine from them — same standards on both sides.

Do you offer organic wholesale espresso?

Yes. We can put together a certified-organic espresso program using our organic lineup. Regular options too — we sell both.

What grinds do you offer beyond espresso?
